I think learning is a two way process. The teacher should know how to handle different kinds of students because the same approach may not work with everyone. But here are some key points that I feel are common:
1. Memorizing formulas doesn't help.
2. Rather if we focus on the concept and practice it thoroughly over & over again that automatically makes things clearer.
3. As a teacher, it is my duty to be available for my students at all times when they need me.
4.I just have one expectation and tip to share:
Do sincere hardwork & don't be afraid to try and don't be afraid of failure.
5. I want to help my students as their friends and maintain a healthy relationship so that they don't hesitate to ask anything.
