I am an Italian native speaker with a passion for language and teaching.
Growing up in Italy, I developed a deep appreciation for my country's rich history, culture, and, of course, its beautiful language. Over the years, I have transformed that passion into a career by becoming a dedicated Italian tutor, helping students from all over the world connect with the language and culture that I love. My goal is to make learning Italian accessible, enjoyable, and relevant to each student's personal or professional goals.
Who I Want to Teach: I am looking to teach:
• All levels of learners: From absolute beginners to advanced students who want to refine their fluency.
• Children and teenagers: I enjoy teaching young learners who are just starting their language journey and can benefit from fun, engaging lessons.
• Adults and professionals: Whether for travel, work, or personal interest, I teach adults who want to master Italian for their specific needs.
• Exam preparation students: Those preparing for Italian language
certifications (like CILS or CELI) or any other formal assessments.
• Travelers and culture enthusiasts:
Individuals interested in learning Italian for travel or to explore the culture on a deeper level. In the future, I hope to help even more learners feel confident in their Italian language skills, whether they are learning for personal growth, career advancement, or simply a love of Italy!

About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching Methodology:
I believe in creating a tailored learning experience based on the student's needs, goals, and learning style. As an Italian native tutor, my lessons focus on practical language use, cultural immersion, and building a solid foundation in both grammar and conversation. I incorporate the following methods in my teaching:
1. Communicative Approach I encourage students to actively participate in speaking exercises, focusing on real-life conversations and everyday scenarios.
2. Grammar in Context : Instead of isolating grammar rules, I teach them through contextual examples, ensuring students understand how to use them naturally.
3. Cultural Integration; Learning Italian also means understanding the culture. I integrate cultural elements—such as Italian customs, music, and history—into lessons to make learning more engaging and authentic.
4. Interactive Learning: My classes involve interactive exercises such as role-playing, games, and multimedia resources (videos, music, podcasts) to reinforce understanding and keep students motivated.
5. Personalization ; Every student has different needs, whether they want to improve their conversation skills, prepare for exams, or master Italian for business. I adapt my lessons to meet those specific goals.

# Typical Length of a Lesson:
A typical lesson lasts between **60 to 90 minutes*” depending on the student's schedule and attention span. For younger learners or beginners, I might recommend shorter lessons (45 minutes) to maintain focus, while advanced learners often prefer longer sessions to dive deeper into complex topics.
Qualifications and Experience:
As a native Italian speaker with extensive experience in teaching, I have tutored students of various levels—from absolute beginners to advanced learners. My experience includes:
- Formal Teaching: I have taught Italian in language schools and through private tutoring.
- Years of Tutoring ;Over 3years of experience in tutoring, both online and in-person, allowing me to adapt my methods to different learning environments.
- Specialized Tutoring: I have also worked with students preparing for language exams like CILS or CELI, helping them achieve their certification goals.

Target Audience ( gcse Level, Age, etc.):
My lessons are designed for:
- All levels: From absolute beginners (A1) to advanced (C2), I offer structured learning plans based on each student's proficiency level.
- All ages I teach both children (starting from age 8) and adults. For children, I make lessons more fun and engaging, while adult learners receive lessons that are more structured and goal-oriented.
