About James
Before attending The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, I worked as a series regular on the Welsh-language soap opera Pobol Y Cwm for six years. During this time I developed valuable on-set experience and gained a strong understanding of how a professional production operates.
Training at one of the UK’s most prestigious drama schools allowed me to further develop my craft, gaining experience in script and scene analysis, audition technique, and acting through song.
Since graduating with a First Class Honours degree, I’ve appeared in a number of BBC and ITV productions including the BAFTA-award-winning drama In My Skin, as well as SAS: Rogue Heroes and Tom Jones (starring Hannah Waddingham). I have also performed in major theatre productions in both the West End and on Broadway, bringing extensive professional stage experience to my teaching.
