About Portia
I have always loved math, from kindergarten all the way to grade 12. As a result, I have been able to truly understand the topics in a way that allows me to apply them to teach others. I have spent many hours tutoring my younger siblings, I even took a tutoring class in high school to help me teach better. I love helping others and will adapt and personalize things to fit each student individually. My approach to teaching is gentle and according to each students pace. I like to help students complete their courses in a timely manner and in a way that allows them to fully understand each topic.
