About Laura
I live and breathe physical education and I believe that physical health comes from more than just exercise. It is a holistic approach that also includes mental, social and emotional health. The body will not perform to the best of its ability without all four of these functioning effectively.
In the near future, I am looking at doing some further study in a masters of teaching to help children meet their goals and reach their full potential in the school environment.

Tailored interactive lessons depending on the age, ability and needs of the student. I’ve studied physical education for 17 years and I look forward to putting this knowledge into practise with my tutoring sessions. My lessons can be from age age between primary and secondary school levels. My sessions typically run between half an hour and an hour depending on the needs of the student. I look forward to working with you!
