About Marissa

I have been a teacher for 5 years. I have taught 4th grade in person and now teach 6th grade math and science for an online homeschool program. In my free time, I enjoy playing piano and guitar, board games, going to museums, surfing, tennis, pickleball, and art.

About the lesson

I like to use Classkick to teach my lessons which is an interactive platform where I can see your work and you can save it to review it after our session. You can take notes on the platform by typing out your notes.

I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and enjoy catering my lessons to meet your needs. If I see you need help in one area the most, I will focus on it until that concept is mastered.

I have the most experience tutoring and teaching upper elementary and middle school students in math, science, and ELA.
