About Sarah
I am a linguist and have such a passion for languages - I am currently on language number 5! English, Swedish, Spanish, German and French. I have lived in Madrid, I've done a ski season in Austria and love travelling around going to new places.
I have been a language teacher for 7 Years teaching German, Spanish and French. (But Spanish is my favourite!)
I know what it's like to be in a Spanish class where I need some extra help. I had a Spanish tutor myself and it really helped me learn the things I needed to go over.
A bit about me: I am a hockey player, and a part time artist too, and I have 2 ragdoll cats :)

My teaching is done in a way to ensure you are always understanding. I would much rather spend longer on a specific topic and you fully understand rather than just moving on. We do a range of activities which are engaging and fun. For example, speaking activities like 2 truths and 1 lie, reading aloud from a story book, gap fills, writing full sentences, finding errors. Note taking is also important. I am very patient and enthusiastic.
Lessons are 40 mins long. I find an hour is too much 1:1.
Lessons are for Year 7 - 11 and of any ability. It doesn't matter whether you are aiming for a 9 at GCSE, or just trying to get a pass. I can cater for all needs.
I have been tutoring for 5 years. I tutored a student from Year 7 to Year 11 and he came away with a 9 and the highest score in his year group.
