My Teaching Methodology and Techniques
My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable practicing French. I use interactive activities, conversation practice, grammar explanations, vocabulary building, and personalized feedback to help students improve their speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills while building confidence and long-term understanding.
A Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous material, followed by learning a new grammar concept, vocabulary set, or speaking skill. Students then practice through exercises, conversations, reading activities, or writing tasks. Lessons end with a recap, questions, and optional homework or revision activities tailored to the student’s needs.

What sets me apart is my patient, adaptable, and student-focused approach. I tailor lessons to each student’s learning style and goals while making French enjoyable and approachable. I focus on helping students truly understand concepts instead of memorizing information, and I encourage confidence through consistent support and interactive learning.

My lessons are designed for beginner to intermediate learners, including middle school, high school, IB, AP, and French immersion students.
