About Ross
My name is Ross and I'm currently completing my Honours in Informatics at Stellenbosch University, after having completed my degree in BCom: Management Sciences majoring in Information Systems Management with an average of 75%. I matriculated from Rondebosch Boys' High School in 2020 with an average of 82%. Throughout my high school and university careers I have always aimed to excel in everything that I do, by applying methods of learning that I have developed over the years of trial and error. I will help my tutees understand these methods and how to apply them outside of tutoring sessions too, allowing them to excel beyond the walls of the classroom/lecture room.

My teaching style is very flexible, by understanding what the students' needs are adjusting them so that they can reach their maximum potential. I take a hands-on approach by ensuring that my tutees feel comfortable so that they can focus on their work. I am proficient in English and therefore teach in that language. Students would typically expect a lesson to consist of looking at the issue(s) at hand, trying to understand why the issue is occurring, and using that understanding to find a solution. This gives the student a holistic view of the content and help achieve a deeper understanding.
