I have had many iterations of different styles of learning to figuring out what works best for me. All students are very different and often the hardest part is figuring out how you best learn and what you don't know. I typically first assess where a student is and what their needs are. After which I typically come up with a plan that works best for the student, available resources, and all other parties involved. I take a medical approach by diagnosing the problem and providing a efficient and effective solution to the problem directly. I am fairly available and can be very flexible depending on tests/assignments.
