About Inara
I am 17 years old, studying at Nonsuch, a leading all-girls grammar school. I am willing to teach KS3, 11+ students and younger students, and have consistently worked with Brownies (girls age 5-7) for the past 2 years. I have similarly taught STEM & English to younger members of my family informally and within school being an English mentor for KS3 and 4, but have consistently seen improvement, in a few cases drastic improvements, and am willing to dedicate time and effort outside of lessons to make resources and help a student where needed. I would describe myself as hardworking & committed, and someone who is aware of how to allocate time appropriately.

I find different students succeed using different methods, and I think adapting to my students' needs is a skill I have developed. Worksheets, mind-maps, verbal explanations and intuitive learning are my initial methods I explore with students to find what works with them, and then eventually I lead on with that. I am not opposed to making resources specific to one student, as I value seeing results and am committed to helping a student improve. I would prefer, especially with younger kids, a maximum of 2-hour sessions at once, and am willing to vary times according to schedules.
