Focus is the primary ingredient during our time together. We play often. I use my Bachelor of Music to keep our sessions rooted in solid technique.

Music played softly in the background of my parents living room when I was just a child. I spent my teenage years in a small practice room obsessing over chord transitions and scales until my fingers ached. Now I share those lessons with the 156 students I have guided through the basics and into advanced soloing.
Whether you are an intermediate learner or a kid picking up the instrument for the first time, I provide the structure you need. I have spent 13 years playing the Montreal folk scene, which gives my teaching a unique perspective on what actually works on stage.
