About Naomi
Personalization is key to my teaching. I adapt everything. I share free chord charts and tab sheets after each class to help you practice at home. Because of my 9 years of experience and my degree from UdeM, I know how to break down complex fingerpicking patterns into manageable parts.
It is quite rewarding to watch someone master a difficult scale after we have worked through the theory together. I find the process of refining a melody very enjoyable.

Guitarists often come to me for help with specific techniques. I love this instrument.
My journey as a Québécois chanson singer-songwriter informs how I teach blues progressions, scales, and fingerpicking. I assist advanced learners, intermediate learners, kids, and absolute beginners. I also prepare students for grade exams.
Having earned a BM Popular Music from UdeM, I understand the mechanics of music well. My 9 years of experience allow me to simplify barre chords and ear training. I enjoy sharing my love for folk styles with everyone I meet. See you in the studio soon.
