About Kailavya
I am currently a second year medical student at Imperial College London. I have a deep rooted passion for teaching and have been a mentor for the majority of my time at high school as well as being a tutor for 3 years.
I pride myself in my ability to communicate with others and I assure you my teaching sessions will show you how fun each of your subjects are. I hope to embed the passion I have for the sciences in the pupils that I teach.
Being a medical student, I personally know how overwhelming the medical school application process can be. I am always happy to advise on any questions aspiring medics may have.

I have been tutoring for the past 3 years in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics at both GCSE and A level. My teaching style is heavily student-centred where I first try to analyse how my students learn from the very first lesson.
I plan my lessons to be highly question based as I have seen that this gains the best in terms of exam results. I teach 1 hour or 2 hour lessons.
I create a comfortable environment for my students, where mistakes are not something to be afraid of but to be learned from.
