About Angie
With over 24 years of teaching experience and in depth training in therapeutic yoga, I am highly skilled at creating programs that can address specific needs of my clients, be they physical issues or mental emotional issues. We can also do yoga just for fitness if desired. I am experienced in many styles from restorative to yin to hatha to vinyasa and have been instrumental in the success of the yogastudios I have taught for. In 2019 I branched out and created my own online yoga studio whereIhave over 100 members join me doing yoga online. Iam passionate about safety, proper alignment giving appropriate modifications for different body types. I specialize in yoga for lowback care as well as yoga for older adults.
