It builds a map for our future work. My UBC degree ensures we cover lead guitar fundamentals correctly. The plan is built to suit your specific goals as a grade exam candidate.
We stay focused on the details. I keep things moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Teaching guitar provides a way to share the technical nuances I learned during 13 years of work. I value the way a student thinks about sound. My own training in the UBC School of Music informs how I explain rhythm guitar and strumming patterns.
Working professionals often come to me to refine their electric technique. Intermediate learners find my supportive style helpful for scales and modes. Returning learners appreciate the lack of pressure in our time together.
I enjoy watching progress emerge through consistent effort. It is quite rewarding.
