About Cheryl
You will find that playing guitar becomes the best part of your week. You can expect a clear roadmap that makes even the toughest chord transitions feel simple. I integrate my degree knowledge into every session for hobbyists. We will cover everything from blues progressions to reading sheet music.
I provide a monthly recorded review of your progress so you can track your growth. It is quite fun to watch your technical skills develop through our regular summer camp style interactions.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from McGill University gave me a deep understanding of melody. I hear the scratch of a plectrum against steel strings before I even touch the fretboard.
My work focuses on kids and teens who want to discover their creative voice. I emphasize the importance of theory while keeping the vibe light. Expect a casual atmosphere where we explore scales and improvisation together. I promise to keep the pressure low and the curiosity high.
