I focus on steady pacing, ensuring that you grasp the fundamentals of ear training and improvisation before adding speed. We might spend a session dissecting a difficult lead guitar solo or refining your power chords.
With 498 students mentored over 13 years, I have seen every common roadblock. My lessons are designed to be practical, meaning we focus on what works for your specific goals as a professional or a hobbyist. We will discuss tuning and maintenance as part of your routine.
You will learn to internalize music theory by playing it rather than just reading about it. If you have a specific goal, we work toward it with patience. We continue building your skills step by step."

"Having earned my BM in Guitar from Concordia University, I see music as a language that requires both technical discipline and creative freedom. You might wonder if you are ready to learn blues progressions or complex fingerpicking patterns. Because I have 13 years of experience, I know how to adapt my methods for kids, working professionals, and advanced learners alike.
I enjoy teaching students how to maintain their instruments and grasp music theory without making it feel like a chore. Whether you want to master electric technique or simply play your favorite folk songs, I am here to guide you. My students range from those just learning to hold a pick to players preparing for grade exams.
You will find that my approach is grounded in the reality of being a working musician. I hope to help you find your unique sound on the fretboard soon."
