With over 10 years of experience coaching adults in life skills and personal growth, I am passionate about empowering individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach, I provide holistic, personalized guidance to help my clients achieve lasting wellness.

As the author of three books and the host of a podcast, I share insights on health, wellness, and personal development with a broader audience. My own journey to a smoke-free life began in 2015 when, after 17 years of failed New Year’s resolutions, I finally quit smoking cold turkey. This personal triumph fuels my commitment to helping others break free from unhealthy habits and embrace lasting change.

Beyond my professional work, I am a proud mother of two boys. Balancing career and motherhood have taught me the power of resilience, self-care, and determination—values I instill in those I coach.

About the lesson

I’ve developed a five-step holistic approach to help you break free from smoking by transforming your daily routines and habits, creating a healthier lifestyle where smoking no longer fits. Together, we’ll identify the four key triggers that drive your smoking habit, equipping you with the tools to prevent relapse and stay smoke-free for good.
