About Ivana
Hello, I'm Ivana, and I've been tutoring French for the past four years, assisting students from grades 1 to 12. I'm passionate about teaching and nurturing students' enthusiasm for the French language. Having been a former French immersion student myself, I bring empathy to my teaching, understanding the unique challenges faced by students for whom French is a second language, and I can relate to their thought processes.

My lessons cater to both Core French and immersion students in grades 1-12. I provide comprehensive support across all language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Drawing from my experience as a former student who successfully navigated numerous French exams, university entrance, and exit exams, I can prepare you effectively for these challenges and guide you on what is typically expected. Additionally, I have taught in an IB school, so I am well-equipped to assist with IB French requirements if needed. I have access to abundant resources from my current teaching position and materials gathered during my undergraduate and current master's studies.
