About Alicia
I know several techniques in regards to self-help. I have been on
a self-help journey myself throughout these past 7 years and am ready to help others! I know various forms of meditation techniques, breathwork, reiki, yoga, journaling, mindfulness, gratitude practices, self-love, chakra balancing, forgiveness, and self-awareness. I am a survivor of abusive relationships. I am a motivator and a positive support system!
