About Richard
I have two years of experience teaching English in a private school institution. I became the high school head, where I implemented support systems and provided training for my colleagues. I also served as the school newspaper adviser, which was challenging to handle during my first year as a teacher, but I was able to gain valuable experience over time.
Recently, I earned my TESOL certificate to enhance my knowledge of grammar rules. I believe that being a teacher is also about being a lifelong learner, as there is always continuous growth and learning in the profession.
