I take into consideration bio individuality, no one diet fits all approach. I encourage my client to crowd out foods instead of eliminate all together, I not only focus on the food on the plate but I strongly believe that the root of the problem is off the plate, with that being said my teachings tend to focus on the food of off the area of your life that could br causing your food problems which I use the term Primary foods!
