Organize a video lesson

To access the online lesson function, it is necessary for the lesson to have been booked and paid via the platform. This service remains available even if the lessons has been scheduled face-to-face. Once the student has validated your lesson proposal, it will appear in the "Lesson" tab within the My Messages section of your dashboard.

You can access the online lesson function 10 minutes before the start of the lesson from your Messaging section on your mobile or your computer.

Start your video lesson

1. Go to your Messages

2. Go to “Lessons” and click on “Join”

Once you're on the video tool

To access the video conferencing application, you must agree to the terms and conditions for confidentiality.

To configure the camera/microphone, click "Request permissions".

Then click "Allow" in the browser's pop-up window to confirm.

Once you have authorized access, you can test or disable your camera and/or microphone. When you're ready, click the "Join meeting" button to start your online lesson.

Your lesson begins!

In order for your lesson to take place in the best conditions, we advise you:
To join the lesson by webcam before the start of the course in order to test your sound as well as the quality of the image and your connection.

During the lesson

Configure the image quality of your camera, i.e. with background blur effects.

You can improve the quality of your sound by enabling noise cancellation.

You can share your screen with your tutor

You can interact with your tutor via chat by clicking the chat bubble icon at the bottom of the central toolbar.

If your connection is interrupted, you can re-join your class by clicking on “join” again from your mailbox.

At the end of the lesson

You will be notified of the end of the session 10 minutes before the end of the reserved lesson time.

Your lesson having been paid for at the time of booking, you can hang up with peace of mind. The amount of this lesson will be added to your balance 24 hours after the lesson has been completed: receive my payments

A little bit late? Don't panic, you still have an additional hour at the end of the session to conclude your lesson. Beyond this additional time, the video call will be automatically closed. We therefore invite you to reschedule a new lesson.
