About Aleksandra
I'm a performer with 20 years of experience on stage, additionally I have been a private violin tutor for more than 5 years now. I have an experience of working with students at different levels of playing - among my pupils were kids aged 6, teenagers and adults as well.
I'm offering violin & theory/aural lessons but if you'd like I can also give you some insights on music history and literature.
I graduated from the Royal College of Music in London with a Masters degree in performance. I also hold a MA in violin performance from Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Poland and a diploma confirming my teaching qualifications awarded by the same institution.

I believe in calm, yet focused approach to music tuition. I truly think that learning a musical instrument engages all aspects of the human brain: creativity, logic, patience, memory, stamina & much more, and I always take a special care about harmonious development of my students.
As a teacher, I am very focused on assesing the needs & goals of each individual pupil, as well as on inspiring students to be lifelong learners. I emphasise the importance of building well grounded foundation in order to develop the confidence and the ability to solve problems by students themselves. I want each pupil to feel the same joy of new knowledge and skills that I feel. I am engaged and determined to motivate my students to reach their fullest potential.
