About Sofiia
I’m a passionate linguist and mathematician, and I’d love to introduce myself as someone who not only enjoys learning but also understands how to succeed in exams. Thanks to my strong study habits and exam technique, I became the top student in my year group. Now, I’m here to help you—or your child—achieve top marks in GCSE Maths!
I took the GCSE Maths exam a year early and have been teaching it ever since. I know the content and skills required for each exam board down to the finest detail. With the right structure, GCSE Maths is far more manageable than many think, and I truly believe any student can excel with enough dedication and the right support.
In addition to Maths, I also offer GCSE Russian and beginner Russian classes. As a polyglot, I speak Russian (my native language), Ukrainian, English, French, and Mandarin, and I’m currently learning Ancient Greek. With years of experience in language learning, I understand the challenges that come with it—and I know how to make the process clearer, more structured, and much more enjoyable. Whether you're preparing for an exam or starting from scratch, I can guide you every step of the way.
