About Tasleen
I’m a dedicated and hardworking recent VCE graduate who has always enjoyed helping others, especially in subjects like General Maths where clear explanations make a huge difference. Throughout high school, I naturally found myself supporting classmates, whether it was preparing for SACs, revising key topics, or showing easier ways to approach problem-solving. Achieving a strong result in General Maths motivated me to start tutoring, because I know what it feels like to stress over assessments and how much guidance can change someone’s confidence.
I’m patient, organised, and genuinely enjoy seeing students improve and feel proud of themselves. I bring a relatable perspective, having recently been through VCE myself, and I aim to create a comfortable learning space where students can ask questions freely, build skills at their own pace, and feel supported every step of the way.

My lessons are designed to make VCE General Maths clearer, more manageable, and far less stressful. I teach through simple step-by-step explanations, worked examples, and targeted practice that focuses on a student’s weak areas. Each session runs for around 60 minutes online, and I personalise every lesson based on their school topics and upcoming assessments. As a high-achieving General Maths student myself, I understand the course expectations and explain concepts in a way that actually makes sense. My lessons are ideal for VCE students who want steady improvement, stronger problem-solving skills, and more confidence heading into SACs and exams.
