Tutoring sessions will be held at the Strathcona County Library or other location such as in-house tutoring which can be further discussed. Brief note about my credentials: I currently have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and am currently a year out from receiving my Secondary After Degree in Education from the U of A. First session will be held at a discount rate of $20 to test me out, but I would love a phone call to already have a good idea of who I am meeting before I meet them so I can prepare appropriately. About the lesson

If anyone needs high school Math or Chemistry or Physics tutoring I may be able to help. Brief note about my credentials: I currently have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and am currently a year out from receiving my Secondary After Degree in Education from the U of A. What I have found in my experience as a tutor is that many students are being let down by the school system. It is a sad fact that some kids slip through the cracks and then fall behind and never catch up. I have been able to use my talents of always having a happy-go-lucky personality but also heavily understanding fundamentals of math that I am able to dissect whatever issue a student has and find analogies or metaphors or even just make up a small mini question to make sense for the big application type part but it’s just many fundamentals that are critical to success that I would like to help any student who is currently struggling. In my experience students being tutored by me are giving a unique experience that really makes them feel heard and valued as I do put in more work than an average tutor, I take time to communicate with the parents, I provide not only understanding to students but help try to motivate them and try to inspire them to think school is not just a bad time but something that can be enjoyed. I value any of my clients and have loyal clients that if interested could be asked to provide a reference for their experience dealing with me as a tutor. I would love to discuss more over a phone call to tell you more about myself, learn more about the pressing needs of your son or daughter and discuss how I may be able to help. My rates are $40 for a 60 min session $60 for a 90 min session Tutoring can be semi-expensive but I will assure you private tutoring from other companies are more pricey than my prices as I used to work for a company before I became private as I do prefer to be able to have the flexibility to be able do more than just a 60 min session then zero contact. If your son or daughter has a question I always welcome students to text me about a question that they may be confused on and I can respond to get them in the right track. Personally I am here for the student first and then the financial support second as this is my only job when I am in school finishing up my after degree in Secondary Education.
