About Lesley

Hello! My name is Lesley, and I am a dedicated and passionate tutor specializing in elementary reading, writing, math, and Spanish. I have experience helping students gain confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy learning. I take pride in creating a structured yet engaging learning environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to ask questions.

About the lesson

I focus on making learning interactive and fun, tailoring every lesson to each student’s needs. I use a mix of visual aids, games, practice exercises, and real-life examples to help concepts stick. For example, when teaching reading, I guide students through stories, ask comprehension questions, and have them summarize passages in their own words.

A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by introducing new concepts in small, manageable steps.
