About Hanaa
Hello/Salam students! My name is Hanaa and I am so excited to help you on your English journey. As a constant straight A student in English, and a finalist from the SAM poetry slam in 6th grade, I am ready to answer any and every question needed about this subject. English in middle school can be tough, but I got through it with grades I'm very proud of and am determined to make you guys feel the same way. A bit about me: I'm in 10th grade, loveee music (Swiftie, Livie, and MASSIVE Wave to Earth fan). I have 2 cats, love crafting, and adore spending time with my friends. I have a deep love for all things poetry, and I am a huge reader, which is why I am president of my school's book club, and ran our club fair! I really hope you consider me as your tutor for English!

For starters, my lessons would be online, through Zoom. I would like to spend a small amount of time during our first couple of lessons getting to know my student; figuring out their learning style, what they need to improve on, and making them feel comfortable to ask any questions they have regarding the Ontario curriculum. During our sessions, I am there to fully explain new concepts, guide them through detailed writing assignments, and to help them truly understand the material. The lessons are for middle school students, but I am additionally open to younger students from grade 4-5. My goal is to customize my teaching style to the student's needs, while still maintaining efficiency in every lesson.
