About Olivia
Hi! My name is Olivia, I'm currently a high school student looking to maintain stable footing on my own. My teaching style is more relaxed in part with the student: I'll adjust my plan to the learner's mental stamina, passion (or lack thereof, that's completely okay too), and overall level of skill in the subject. Despite my age, I am a dedicated tutor. I will take notes, record observations, and generally give my best attempt at an enjoyable educational experience while bumping those grades.

Casual, one-on-one lessons within a digestible time frame.
Introduction and dissection of the problem, including stiff phrasing, awkward sentence structure, and literary analysis.
Working on reading comprehension skills through step-by-step pattern recognition within the given piece, implications of words, and generally broadening vocabulary.
Mathematics will follow the student's current curriculum, drawing examples from homework and assigned problems, and then expanding into problems expected on examinations as 'challenge' questions.
