About Vik
I'm a qualified HLTA who has worked with Key Stage 1 children for a number of years. Over the last 5 years, I have worked with adults with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities, focusing primarily on their educational advancement. I also home educated my own children for 2 years.

I believe that every individual learns in a different way, and recognise that there are many ways to tackle the same problem. I also believe that a lack of confidence is one of the most powerful barriers to academic achievement, and overcome this with plenty of positive reinforcement and praise. I set realistic targets and goals, and never set the student up to fail.
