About Charlotte
During studying for my qualifications, I have often felt like some teachers don't have the patience to deal with students feeling anxious about their exams or aren't willing to go the extra mile to help pupils make the most of their education. I also believe some pupils benefit from having someone similar to their age who has just been through the process help support them as they feel they have someone to talk to that understands the high demands of exam years and the stress that this can bring. I have previously trialled this peer tutoring younger pupils in English last year during my free periods in school and found that some people learn better in a less formal environment that takes a more modern approach to learning and would like to now continue this onto working with older kids to help support them during their exams and prelims to help them achieve the best result that they possibly can.
