I used to teach students in very simple way , first of all I work on the learning of the student and encourage them to ask as many questions they can ask , after that I work on the practice and revision part of the student.
I never pressurise the student to accept something , dont care about time , I explain the student politely and humbly until they understand it.
I like to the students upto school level ie. from class 6-12th
