About Melissa

My name is Melissa, I am a mother of one, fiancé with a full time job. I know family life all too well.

Life was not always perfect, I worked hard on my mental and physical health to be the person I want to be today.

I know how hard it can be to manage and all, be there or everyone else and forget to put yourself as a priority.

With the training and changes I did I hope to help you become the strong and confident person you can be.

She gives a 100% dedication to anything she puts her mind to.

I have taken 1 yoga class on my own and my second class was a one on one with Melissa. She helped me fix my posture via a video call, which changed my experiences because I wasn't doing it correctly on my own.
Her classes are great for beginners and experienced people.
