About Tyashia
I evaluate a student’s needs . I pay attention to what they already know so I can understand what topics they don’t need help in. Then I go back and focus on what’s troubling them. Students are often quite aware of their weaknesses. I allow the student to explain where they get lost, and make a list of those areas for your own reference. I then work with the students to set up goals. Create a mix of major and minor goals that can be achieved in a reasonable amount of time.
