About Mark

Working with students since 1999 has been a fun & memorable experience for myself and my students. Adult education for the purposes of job-readiness and basic employment skills was how I aided students, as well as designing and delivering ecology workshops for the ESL learning. I have tutored at a few learning centers using curriculum-based methodology, in addition to specific homework assignments. Making elementary and high school math fun can be a challenge, but it is an important skill.... The most fun is being able to see real results from applying math skills in life situations! Last but not least, ecology/geography is my educational background and I enjoy explaining earth science & geographical concepts to students. Cartography and geomorphology is quite interesting when learning climatology or ecology together....

About the lesson

From casual ESL conversation classes practicing English to serious essay writing formulating a thesis, it is a pleasure to assist you!

Specifically, on-line learning is a great concept that seems to tie together many of the technological advantages in education that benefit language learning.

Listening to the student's main concerns and understanding their unique learning style is my goal. The best way of learning to relate the knowledge to real examples and applicable situations.

If test preparation is needed, the on-line platform is a great way to give students reassurance that they can access study help at virtually any time.

Short lessons which are homework or assignment specific are valuable, in addition to classes that are for brushing up or reviewing concepts for exams.

Whatever the learning need, there is a way to figure it out!
