About Sara
20+ years on the ice as a former competitive figure skater and over 5 years of coaching experience. My personal background as an athlete includes competing in single skating (jumps/spins) and synchronized skating, as well as having ice dance training. As a coach, I have specialized in coaching beginner adult ice skaters and adult figure skaters. I've also coached with Skate Canada's Learn to Skate program, helping young athletes looking to develop basic skating skills.

Learn to skate with confidence, build technique and skating skills. My sessions are personalized based on your level of skating and goals - whether it's to learn how to stop, skate backwards, or figure skating, we will work on building strong fundamentals of skating (posture, balance, control, flow, glides, edges). Lessons are based on what you want to learn :)
For intermediate-level athletes or beginner adult figure skaters, I offer introductory spinning, jumping and edge/movement classes.
For all skaters, it is essential that you have the right equipment and fitted skates.
I am available weekdays after 5pm or Sundays throughout the day. Feel free to send me a note and we'll chat!
