First of all, If it's for the whole academic year so I explain each chapter in detail followed by a summary at the end plus solving many exercises, usually I teach my students how to think and how to use their knowledge to solve problems, exercises from the academic book or from official past papers. Secondly, if the courses are only to prepare their official exams so I focus more on past papers with a quick revision for each chapter.
