About Amina
As a university student myself, I understand the importance of good teaching and the impact it can have on someone. Maths is a subject that I am passionate about because of the problem-solving skills involved. Additionally, I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and dreams and tutoring is a good way to do that.

During a lesson we will first go through the content in a particular topic, explaining key words and concepts. After this we would go through some practice questions, where I might ask the student to answer a question as if they were teaching the topic to me. Once all bases have been covered and the student feels confident with the topic, we can move on. A typical lesson lasts for an hour. I have tutored both online and in person for two years, working in a tuition centre and freelance. I tutor from KS2 up to GCSE level.
