About Finley

Hi, I'm Finley, an incoming student at NYU Stern School of Business with a 1560 SAT score (780 in English and 780 in math) and extensive experience helping students succeed academically. Throughout high school, I maintained strong academic performance while balancing leadership roles, community involvement, and peer tutoring responsibilities.

As a peer tutor, I learned that every student learns differently. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to build confidence, effective study habits, and independent problem-solving skills that will benefit them long after our lessons.

Having recently gone through the university admissions process myself, I understand the challenges students face and can provide guidance on academics, standardized testing, and preparing for future educational opportunities. I strive to create a supportive, encouraging, and productive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they learn.
