But I am more passionate about engaging the next generation in building truly sustainable solutions to surviving on this planet. In this Mastermind, I teach "Inner Biomimicry" which is a unique methodology that I developed over my 15 years of teaching at Queen's University, OCAD University and the University of Guelph, for accessing the creative and intellectual potential of an individual. I focus on helping people find their purpose, or what they're a 'natural' at, and from that, help them manifest an idea, product or solution that could change the world.

My goal is to help provide the fertile ground for the next generation to adopt a new way of looking at the world and learn to think, behave and create, from a paradigm that's inspired by nature. The purpose is to create new solutions to some of our biggest challenges, like climate change. I want to help youth create new jobs based on new thinking because as Einstein said, "We cannot solve problems with the same thinking that created them."
