I received my Yoga Certification from TAC which changed their name to Movati , I am registered with the Yoga Alliance and have my 200 Hr certification. I have been teaching Yoga for 4 years and really enjoy my classes and students.

I teach my classes so anyone can do the sequences. Both the Beginner and the advanced student. I start with a mediation, warmup, breathing, the routine and end with mediation. I always include the following: Toes, Hip and wrist stretches.
