Van is a kind person who is approachable and knowledgeable in her field. Her students will be lucky to have her as their teacher, as she is willing to help out and solve problems for her students.

I met Van while doing my trainer / assessor course, she is a knowledgeable and engaging trainer. At one point Van had to take a training session, considering it was about plants and I can kill an air fern she was still able to keep me engaged and teach me at the same time. Vans passion for training shines through her sessions.
