About Grace
I am have just graduated from university with an undergraduate degree in International Economics and Management and have been tutoring for over 5 years now. Having done GCSEs and IB myself, I have developed a deep understanding of the subject matter and am passionate about sharing my knowledge (and tips & tricks) with others. I have worked with students of varying levels which has helped me understand each student's unique learning style of understanding. I try to make lessons fun and interesting and with this, I find that students are more likely to be receptive to the information and retain it long-term as well as not making their tutoring lesson something to dread. I have also accumulated a variety of resources over the years, such as study guides, my own revision notes and flashcards which I love to share during my sessions.

My lessons are usually between 1-2 hours depending on the specific goals for that session and I tailor my teaching methods to every student based on their confidence level with that subject, their aim for the session and what learning techniques work best for them. In the first session with every new student, if it is to become a recurring event, I would spend around 15 minutes talking through their concerns as well as potential teaching methods and which they think would suit them best.
