I am a student in OCAD university in downtown Toronto, studying integrated media. I came to Toronto when I was grade 10, before I was attending high school in Hong Kong .I came to Toronto as an international student from Hong Kong, I can speak fluent Cantonese and basic Mandarin. I used to be a volunteer chinese tutor when I was grade 7 in Hong Kong

Basically is just like “operant conditioning”. Give rewards when students did well, give punishment when students are irresponsible, for example, not doing homework. Of course, I will ask students’ parent premission first. If parents do not want any punishments, I will not punish students.
