About Loredana

I started my career 13 years ago at the first level of entry in tech companies, I grew from the front lines of entry jobs like Service Desk, to my current position of Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. My work history can be seen on LinkedIn. In my journey I have gained experience and took notes from fields such as Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, DBA Administrators, Application Support, Cloud Infrastructure and other sides of technology. With 2 years of Psychology, and many more years of learning about how to learn, and how to get to know yourself, I found a way to mix the knowledge of the work field with the knowledge on how to find your way. I have helped people who were a clear match for tech work but were unable to see how they could reach the right jobs, to find their way. Some had university degree, some only had high school degree and some with only professional school level. They all have managed to become successful engineers who are continuing to work hard to become the best at what they do while happily employed.

About the lesson

My goal is to share the experience I gained in the past 10 years of my career by participating in multiple interviews for different companies and being on the other side of the table for a job interview. I believe as long as there is a will there is a way, and I'm here to find it with you. I have helped people find the way to express their story in words and find ways to show the best of their abilities within the context of a job interview for a tech company. A session would look like this: - Get to know your story, where you started, where your passion comes from, how can we build that into a story that can be presented further in an interview. -Get to know your level of experience or studies, and learn how to express knowledge or experience in the way you talk about the things you know. -Get to know your current value on the market based on the level of knowledge you have, and receive advice about potential paths in tech that can be approached / learning tips for growth in one of the career paths IT has to offer. -Interview practice - questions, following the flow of the answers, correcting words and expressions to correctly express what is intended.
