About Phoebe

I am an Irish secondary school teacher and a UL graduate with a Bachelors in Applied Languages (Irish and Spanish) who also attended a Gaelscoil and a Gaelcholáiste. Because of this my entire education has been entirely through Irish and the language plays a big part in my life.

I have prior experience with one- on-one lessons and I am also accustomed to doing grinds outside of school.

If you have any particular struggles with the language or how to study it, I have plenty of resources to help and guide you!

About the lesson

Lessons for any level of Irish are available, including students in 3rd level education as well as students sitting their Junior Cycle or Leaving Certificate exams, either in an English or Irish medium school

I will ensure to cater and prioritise a student's needs in lessons, whether that be by practicing their oral skills, going over grammar, preparing for exams or any other areas within the language that the student needs assistance with

All grinds will be an hour long (this excludes the first lesson. The first 30 mins is free of charge and will be to get to know the student, their academic level and what areas they would like to focus on). Lessons will also be carried out online through the Superprof website
