About Matteo
My name is Matteo Grandi Cappellano, I know, sounds very Italian. My family is both from the south and the north of Italy. My mothers side of the family is from the north east, a region called Friuli-Venezia Giulia, specifically from the city of Trieste. My dad is from a southern region called Calabria. These origins have not only allowed me to speak Italian but also invigorated me with a passion for Italy.
I hope that I can share that passion with you in Italian so i say to you "quando cominciamo?" (when do we start)

These lessons are for beginner or intermediate Italian learners who are still trying to grasp the basics of the grammar and vocabulary.
I am an Italian who has lived most of their life in North America so I speak perfect English as well. Currently I am studying at the University of British Colombia in the Engineering Physics program.
The lessons will focus on speaking practice and reading practice while also containing some basic writing.
