About Viola
I grew up in the Italian countryside and come from an international family, which meant I started learning Italian, English, and French from a very young age. I went to a language specialist high school, where my passion for languages and literature evolved. I moved to the UK seven years ago, and my own love of learning inspired my passion for teaching and helping others grow in confidence. I have experience teaching both music and languages to a wide range of learners, including those in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) schools.

I take a person-centred approach, tailoring lessons to each student’s needs, interests, and goals. I like to set plans to keep learning motivating and progress tangible. For me, enjoyment is key to effective learning. I balance grammar and conversation so students see how grammar supports real communication - language is ultimately about connection and culture! My knowledge of different languages helps me connect with students and make links to their native language, making learning more relatable and straightforward!
